My family and I have been patients for the past 19 years from when Bittner Vision and Associates was located on Mt. Royal Blvd in Glenshaw. Years after, they moved to Ferguson Rd, where they created this magnificent "state of the art facility" to accommodate and serve more patients. The doctors and the staff members are splendid. Each of them are pro in their field. Highly recommended!

My visit started right on time. All the staff were personable and friendly. The facility was clean and modern. Dr. Michael Bittner explained the results of the exam and answered questions in understandable terms. The staff in the eyeglass store were also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I recommend Bittner Vision Associates.

I would highly recommend Bittner Vision. I am a new patient, and I had a great first experience. I only had to wait about a minute before they called me in for my appointment. They were kind and efficient, and they explained everything they were doing to me. When offering me contact options, they calculated the price differences so I could make an informed decision. I am excited to go back!

I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end at my appointment yesterday. Alexis was super friendly, Dr. Mike was incredibly thorough and offered lots of great advice with the recent changes in my vision. I also had a wonderful experience with Amy, who helped me with my eyeglass selection. Thanks everyone!

No other optometrist's practice would I trust with my eyes! With state of the art equipment, thorough examinations, incredible and knowledgeable Doctors, it's comforting to know your eyes and you are in good hands. Every thing about this practice is professional, polite, caring and welcoming. The staff is amazing and each one makes you feel like you matter! They take their time with you, explain everything and always smiling, friendly and helpful. Kudos to Bittner Vision Associates!

I can’t imagine going any where else. Dr. Bittner is THE best doctor I have ever been too. He takes the time to answer all your questions and he doesn’t rush you out. He cares so much for his patients. He makes you feel comfortable. The staff is awesome as well. I can’t say enough good things about the experience I have each and every year. He’s so good that for awhile they didn’t accept my insurance but I kept going anyways. I highly recommend!!!

The staff was very friendly and competent and saved me a great amount of money on a new pair of glasses. I saw Dr. Bittner . I've been going to him as a patient for over ten years. I think very highly of his ability as an optometrist.

So happy to say that Dr. Michael Bittner was able to help figure out a solution to assist with my far and near vision. With needing contacts for distance and cheater glasses for my close up, he took the time to discuss options with me. Adjusting my contacts to allow me to have both. Now I just have to adapt to this change but so far it has been a life changer. Really appreciate the time and patience he took to listen to me and my frustration. That entire office is just amazing and so kind and willing to help.
